Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales
  • Experience specifically in luxury product selling
  • Experience in the building construction industry such as furniture, interiors, architecture, kitchens, wardrobes, etc..
  • Robust and established network among architects.
  • Strong passion for health and wellness products.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in past companies
  • A STRONG INCLINATION TO LEARN AND DEVELOP PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and English-spoken skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-end clients.
  • Extremely presentable as will be giving demos and interacting with HNI's
  • Experience in handling a team of a minimum 10 people
  • Experience with CRM systems specifically in salesforce
  • Basic understanding of design software like Auto CAD
  • Must know how to make and achieve sales goals
  • Negotiation tricks and tactics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively interacting with potential customers and leads given by the BD team
  • Inviting the customers to the experience center in Delhi
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of SUNROOOF by giving product demos in the experience center.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth journey from beginning to end.
  • Handle a team of BD people and make sure they are meeting their targets.
  • Working closely with 2D autocad designers to design SUNROOOF
  • Going to architect offices to present SUNROOOF and doing strategic collaborations with them.
  • Meeting sales targets contributing to the growth and success of SUNROOOF.
  • Reports directly to the Founder
