Refund policy

We do not have a Full Refund Policy & neither do we have a Return Policy. 

Partial Refund of booking amount will only be accepted if order is cancelled by SUNROOOF due to site feasibility issues or technical reasons for not being able to fulfill order after site measurements & production drawings are prepared.

Return in any case is not possible as the product is made to order & we manufacture the wooden frames (rafters) only after approval from you on the production drawings which are prepared after site measurements. Therefore, chances of product not fitting at site after this stage are zero.
